Maria Fernanda Borja is the President & CEO of the Latino Student Fund (LSF). She has worked for LSF for over 13 years and has served as the head of the organization since 2009. Under her leadership, the LSF has created four new programs to support low-income Pre-K through 12th-grade students. LSF has also started a partnership with DC Public Schools and much more. She is passionate about education and enjoys helping students and their families achieve their dreams. Providing Latino students and their families great opportunities for their future is what drives her and makes her want to be a better leader.
María Fernanda Borja es la Presidenta y CEO del Latino Student Fund (LSF). Ella ha trabajado para LSF durante 13 años y ha dirigido el organismo desde 2009. Bajo su liderazgo, LSF ha creado cuatro programas para apoyar a estudiantes de bajos recursos desde preescolar hasta el grado 12. La organización también creó una alianza con DC Public Schools. Borja es una apasionada por la educación y disfruta ayudando a sus estudiantes y sus familias a alcanzar sus sueños. Su motivación para ser una mejor dirigente es poder brindar a los estudiantes latinos y a sus familias grandes oportunidades para su futuro.
