Barbara Ebel is the Regional Labor Exchange Administrator for the Montgomery & Prince George’s Counties American Job Center Community Network. Before joining the Labor Exchange Administrator she was the Assistant Director for the Migrant Program in Michigan. In this position, she helped to improve the opportunities of migrant families. Ebel received Daily Record’s 2018 Top 100 Women in Maryland and the Latina Power Award by the El Poder De Ser Mujer Foundation. Additionally, she has been a keynote speaker across the country and internationally. She serves on several boards. Edel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland University College.
