Daisy Rickert is the Customer Engagement Specialist at the WSSC. She serves communities in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties to enhance awareness of as well as access to affordability programs, implement outreach initiatives and provide an inclusive approach to service delivery for all. Rickert is a community leader, who for more than 10 years, has focused on creating strategic partnerships and community engagement efforts. She served as the Latino Affairs Liaison for the Prince George’s County Office of the County Executive where she helped to increase the Latino and immigrant community’s access to government services. She has received the Prince George’s County’s “Forty Under 40 Award for Public Service” and the State of Maryland Volunteer Service Award, 2016 for her contributions to the community.
Daisy Rickert es la especialista de Customer Engagement en WSSC.
