David Rosario serves as the President of the Board of Latino Providers Network. Its overarching mission is to maximize resources in the Latino community through advocacy, education and networking. The Latino Providers Network manages and coordinates a membership community-based umbrella organization with over 70 organizations and 200 individual members that provide direct services to the Latino community in the Baltimore Metropolitan Region. Rosario is also involved in State Farm Insurance, with the David Rosario Agency in Baltimore, MD, a place where the immigrant community are able to discuss and educate themselves about everyday risk and how to protect themselves from it. He is also a member of the Hispanic Commission of the Governor of Maryland.
